Lukas Podolski, Germany’s striker finally confirmed that he will play to the German champions, Bayern Munich, starting with the upcoming season.

This should be a boost of both morale and confidence for the striker, that should feel releaved now and thus should play a top-notch game.

“Obviously I’m delighted that the move has been settled,” he said. “I’m looking forward to my new role in Munich. It’s a massive challenge for me and I’m looking forward to the experiencing the city and the club. Bayern are the number one club in Germany, and I want to compare myself to the best.”
