Around 2,000 fans turned out to watch Ecuador’s first open training session here on Monday and treated the players to a show of folk dancing and singing.

Captain Ivan Hurtado and coach Luis Suarez spent an hour signing autographs before returning to the training session.

Ecuador are in FIFA World Cup™ Group A with hosts Germany, Costa Rica and Poland, against whom they play their first match on Friday.
