And we thought they would have wanted players. If you want a summer job, here is one you might find great: waiter during the World Cup.
Four thousands waiting staff are required to serve at the stadiums hosting the World Cup 2006, which will begin on June 9 in Germany.
German newspaper Bild reported the waiting staff will provide service in stadiums in Hamburg, Dortmund, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Kaiserslautern, Cologne Leipzig, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, and Munich.
The service staff will wait on guests in the VIP sections and an ability to speak English is a prerequisite.
