As you probably already know, Real Madrid’s Raul has been injured for three weeks or so and he might lose the World Cup in Germany.

Unfortunately, we don’t know yet if he will be able to play then. The doctors said they didn’t want to perform any surgery on him and that they would like to try the old fashion way: get healthy by yourself, some medication and sport.

“My hope is that they won’t have to operate and that the recovery time will be reduced,” Raul told reporters on Monday when he arrived at a get-together for the players who are in the running for a place in the Spain squad in Germany.

Well, let’s hope that Raul will be in good shape until June next year and that he will lead his side to a more important achievement than usually.
