Thirteen more teams qualified for next year’s World Cup, with England, Italy and Netherlands leading the way in Europe.

So, a lot more teams made it to the finals in Germany.

There are some more games to be played, the playoffs, but half of the teams are already known. Quite a bunch, if you ask me, with at least 5 debutants (Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Angola and Ukraine) and “the usual suspects” Germany, Brasil, Argentina, England, Netherlands, Italy and more. It seems we will witness an interesting championship.

It may surprise the fact that France or Spain are missing from the above list, but with one more match to play before playoffs, anything may go.
