Hooligans to be prosecuted in Britain
English football hooligans caught causing trouble at next year’s World Cup finals in Germany could face prosecution back in Britain.
This is some bad news for the hooligans, but good news for those of us that want to go and have a good time. Being prosecuted in Britain means that they are likely to be sent to prison in their home country, something that usually didn’t happen.
